Otherwise you will have your own private furnished bedroom with Queen size bed, color TV & VCR/DVD combo on the ground level w/bath & shower. That house level also includes laundry room, recreation room w/cable color TV, pool table. Main house level includes kitchen/dining room combo, livingroom w/ cable TV & entertainment center, full bath & guest BR. Full kitchen & laundry priviledges as well as trash disposal & plowing in winter are included in the rent of $150/wk. plus 1/2 monthly utility costs. $500.00 security deposit due.
