WE ARE A NEW ENGLAND BASED, FAMILY OWNED COMPANY THAT OFFERS CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, SNOW REMOVAL AND FACILITY SERVICES THROUGHOUT NEW ENGLAND.

We are currently looking for office cleaners with floor buffing waxing experience in our Rutland, VT location.
This position will be between 35-40 hours per week, days

DUTIES:
Clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms and common areas
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
Empty trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as needed
Clean windowsills, windows and dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered
Maintain and organize chemical and equipment storage areas in a clean, organized and safe manner
Special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year prior office cleaning as well as floor buffing experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Must have reliable transportation
Good customer service skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to multitask
