Drive profitable new business activities. Leadership role in matching company’s capabilities to customer needs. Coach, mentor and manage the performance of the sales and technical support team. Prepare / follow up on technical proposals and assist in developing sales / marketing forecasts.

Education:
B.S. Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, with 5+ yrs. of technical turbo machinery sales experience.

The Ideal Candidate:
Strong technical skills and sales experience (results) in the turbo industry. Track record of success in using CRM tools to drive new business development. Self motivated and team player. Must be able to partner with all departments and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
