The Hartness House is an elegant, Victorian mansion set on a 35 acre country estate in Southern Vermont. Inn offers 45 rooms, two banquet rooms and a fine dining restaurant. Large, busy country inn and fine dining restaurant located in Springfield, Vermont is looking for two (2)seasoned (pardon the pun) chef/cook professionals to support our behind-the-line Exec Chef. Busy with a full wedding and special event calendar, we need someone with experience in fine dining seafood and meats, and banquet dinners and lunches (20 to 150). CIA and NECI and other culinary institutes a plus. You must be creative, easy-going, motivated and organized. We are looking for special skills, like appetizer preparation or pastries, that can add to our first class operation. Full-time hours. Full-time, year-round position.
