Description

Healthy volunteers with and without low back pain are needed to participate in this single-visit 3 hour study.

The testing session includes ultrasound imaging, acupuncture of the low back, quadriceps, hamstrings and IT bands, a body composition analysis and a pressure sensitivity assessment.

Financial compensation is available for participants.

The research is being conducted by Dr. Helene Langevin in collaboration with the University of Vermonts Departments of Neurology and Orthopedics and Rehabilitation as well as Fletcher Allen Health Care.
