This Indoor Fiberglass pitching mound was used for one season. It was designed by a coach who, for 30 years, struggled with the storage and transport problems of indoor mounds. This mound makes an excellent teaching station and will add interest and quality to indoor workouts. When used there is no concern with damage to the facility. Features: regulation height 10" off the floor-completely portable-compact storage when folded-sturdy construction. The body is made of green fiberglass. The regulation pitching rubber is fronted by a sturdy level foot pad. Unique cushioning under the mound prevents slipping and damage to the floor. One person can handle unfolding the Porta-Mound in the gym with ease. Level pivot pad allows the pitcher to maintain balance, note mound slant begins after pivot pad. Note the large carpeted landing surface. There are castor wheels on one end which fold out of the way when in use. The overall length when unfolded is 9' 10". The width is 47" call 518-597-3888
