We have entry level opportunities for Dryer Operators who can demonstrate the ability to fully operate and clean all dryers and associated equipment.Ideal candidates will:Work with supervision to monitor the operation of the equipment and product qualityRead written directions and fully understand the requirements of each area of his/her responsibilitiesHave excellent communication skills to clearly complete all required documentation and adequately inform other operators and supervisorsHave a high school diploma or equivalentOperators are expected to do the following:Enter basic information into the computer terminal utilizing the keyboard or the mouseOperate the dryer floor equipment utilizing a computerInterpret the ongoing status of the equipment's operational statusFrequently lift objects weighing up to 100 poundsCarry objects weighing up to 50 poundsPBM offers competitive pay and an excellent benefits package.
