Landmark Model S. 8'4" x 7'7". (Six person). Mfg. by Watkins, Vista, CA. New electrical panel in Feb. 2008. Just over 5 years old, but there is still 2 years remaining on the Structional Warranty. Invoice price $9885.70 - We contacted a dealer and our price is lower than current market value. This is the exact Hot Tub except ours does not have the cover opening apperatus ($50). And, ours was always under roof but is currently outside covered in shrink wrap. These things weigh 1000 pounds - bring THREE STRONG FRIENDS!
